We quickly identified cost saving opportunities at feasibility stage for this project, focusing on key principles such as site levels, building heights and floor plan efficiencies. Circle was appointed quantity surveyor early on, and we are able to draw on our experience in the Build to Rent sector to probe the design parameters, continually looking for ways to improve quality and buildability.
